Winterizing and De-winterizing . With the market flooded with foreclosures there are many vacant homes being offered by banks. Often times these homes have the utilities turned off in order to save costs of having the home sit. In order to properly inspect the home, the home must have utilities turned on. This requires the home to be both winterized and de-winterized usually by a third party. Presale Inspection now offers to both de-winterize and re-winterize homes for the inspection at extremely competitive rates. This means there is no 3rd party to deal with separately. This has been added as a service because often times a 3rd party contractor was difficult to schedule along with the inspection and many times were late for their scheduled times.
